All packaging and labeling is completed on site as part of our integrated processing operation. Once cuts leave the custom cutting and fabrication floor, they move directly into packaging before transitioning into cold storage and aging systems for blast freezing, organized inventory tracking, and final pickup or delivery. This controlled workflow helps maintain product integrity while preserving the cold chain from fabrication through shipment.
Our packaging procedures also follow established food safety and labeling standards recognized across the meat industry, including guidance outlined by the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service for proper labeling, handling, and safe storage of meat products.
